Data Retention & Privacy Policy

1. Security Scan Retentions

All source code and infrastructure logs routed through the Nexus Security Engine are processed and stored in an encrypted state. Scan reports are retained for a default duration of 90 days or as required by enterprise data retention guidelines.

2. Zero-Trust Access Policies

Connections initiated via NetGuard are verified using zero-trust identity policies and are strictly audited. Violations of these access controls immediately trigger automated intrusion alerts.

3. Proprietary Code Anonymization

Code signatures collected for vulnerability verification are compared locally and are never shared with third-party vendors. Abstract syntax tree hashes are deleted immediately upon the completion of the DevSecOps pipeline.
